Carterton Gymnastics Club
Website
The Club was established as a voluntary organisation over 18 years ago
and is based in Carterton, Oxfordshire, but draws artistic gymnasts
from all areas of West Oxfordshire.
We are dedicated to training young artistic gymnasts of all levels and abilities
from recreational to Elite standard and competitive squads. We currently have
100+ boys and girls aged 5 to 18 registered with the Club.
We boast a High Performance Coach, Club & Assistant Club Coaches and
Judges, all supported by a small dedicated team of volunteers.
Our aim is to offer all children the opportunity to experience gymnastics in a
safe and friendly environment with professional coaches.
Gym Club Success
The Club has been awarded the prestigious British Gymnastics
GymMark accreditation for all round excellence.
The Club is also affiliated to the Oxford County & British Gymnastics Association
 
County Under 8's
Competition
Seven girls from Carterton Gymnastic Club took part in an Under 8's Competition on Saturday 13th November 2010 at Carterton Gym Club. Three other clubs took part. They competed on bars, beam, vault and range and conditioning. It was a good competition for all Carterton girls. Two of the older gymnasts Laura and Natasha took medals for every piece while the other five gymnasts had a good all round competition and enjoyed every minute. It was the first competition for Claudia and Ruby.

Individual Apparatus
Competition
Five girls from Carterton Gymnastic Club took part in the Oxfordshire Individual Apparatus Competition at Phoenix Gymnastic Club, Windsor on Sunday 17th October 2010, competing on beam and floor. Natasha Granville aged 8 competed in level 5 taking home gold medal on beam and silver on floor. Ella Mead and Ella Frost aged 11 both competed at level 3, Frost receiving gold medal on beam and silver on floor, while Mead took a bronze on beam. Molly Mullins and Georgia Bishop aged 9 both competed at level 4. Mullins took home gold on beam and bronze on floor.
