Oxfordshire Gymnastic Individual Apparatus Competition Four girls from Carterton Gym Club took part in the Oxfordshire Gymnastic Individual Apparatus Competition. This was held at the Phoenix Club near Maidenhead on Sunday 11th October 2009. Gymnasts from various clubs competed on two peices of apparatus. Carterton girls competed on floor and beam. Georgia Bishop took gold on beam and silver on floor in level 5 while Molly Mullins took gold on floor and silver on beam, also in level 5. Ella Frost took bronze on floor and silver on beam in level 4. Ella Mead took gold on beam also in level 4 and received a trophy for highest beam score of the day. Buckinghamshire Open Invitational Competition Four girls from Carterton Gymnastics Club took part in the Open Invitational Gymnastics Competition held at Kingston Gymnastics Centre, Milton Keynes. The four girls namely Ella Frost, Ella Mead, Georgia Bishop and Molly Mullins took part on vault, bars, beam and floor. Ella Frost's best piece of apparatus was on vault, Ella Mead's being on floor. Georgia and Molly's best piece was on vault. They all came away with medals. Picture left to right: Ella Frost, Georgia Bishop, Molly Mullins and Ella Mead. 
Oxfordshire Under 8's Competition Six young girls from Carterton Gymnastics Club competed with other gymnasts in the Oxfordshire Under 8's competition at Carterton. All six namely Katie Rigby, Caitlin Thomas-Fackey, Laura Turberville, Natasha Granville, Georgia Bishop and Molly Mullins performed on bars, beam, vault and range and conditioning. They swept the floor receiving gold medals for all four pieces of apperatus along with second and third place on bars and third place on beam. Oxfordshire Gymnastics Full Apparatus County Championships "Fine results for five girls from Carterton Gymnastics Club. They competed in the Oxfordshire Gymnastics County Championships at Phoenix Gymnastics Club on Sunday 17th May.All carried out vault, bar, beam and floor routines. Molly Mullins scored 42.80 receiving gold and Georgia Bishop scored 37.45 receiving silver, both in level 5. Ella Frost scored 46.65 receiving gold and Ella Mead scored 46.30 receiving silver, both in level 4. Ella Frost had the highest score of the day. Southern Region Out of Age Championships Ella Frost aged 9 from Carterton Gymnastics Club represented Oxfordshire County at the Southern Regional finals in Milton Keynes. She competed against 25 gymnasts and came 7th overall with a score of 44.200. Her highest ranking piece was beam followed by floor. Photo: Ella Frost 
Carterton Gymnastic Club Championship took place on Saturday 27th June 2009 in which 63 gynmasts took part in, including the Squad. All gymnasts ranging from 5 to 17 years carried out routines on vault, bar, beam and floor and many received medals.It was a very successful and enjoyable competition which takes place every year for the club.
